NATCA is proud to announce that the ATCS/TMC/FSS/NOTAM Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) was signed at 3:30 p.m. on July 14, 2016. This contract incorporates all of NATCA’s collaborative principles and processes and will provide stability for the workforce for the next six years. The contract goes into effect on July 24, 2016.
NATCA President Paul Rinaldi and FAA Administrator Michael Huerta were joined by NATCA Executive Vice President Trish Gilbert, FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Teri Bristol, NATCA’s Contract Negotiating Team; Eastern Regional Vice President and Chief Negotiator Dean Iacopelli, Phil Barbarello , John Bratcher (Fort Smith), Eddie De Lisle (Portland TRACON), Jamaal Haltom (Las Vegas Tower), Drew MacQueen (Cleveland Center), Special Counsel to the President Eugene Freedman (National Office), and Director of Labor Relations Ryan Smith (National Office); and the FAA Contract Negotiating Team; Chief Negotiator William L. Cound, Mohmad Danny Ahmad, Matthew Beck, Michael Doherty, Michael Doss, Steven T. Jackson, Shelly Mlakar, and Michael D. Williams.
