NATCA President Paul Rinaldi, Executive Vice President Trish Gilbert, and Director of Safety and Technology Jim Ullmann attended the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Annual Aviation Issues Conference in Hawaii this week. The AAAE Aviation Issues Conference is an annual gathering of aviation professionals, bringing together top-level officials from government and all segments of the aviation industry for in-depth discussions of key issues and charting the course for the Washington agenda in the year ahead. Below, Rinaldi is pictured second from the right, on a panel at the conference. He discussed NATCA and issues facing the National Airspace System.
Los Angeles Center (ZLA) held a solidarity night at an L.A. Kings hockey game this week. Members and families were able to enjoy the game together and build on already strong working relationships with their NATCA brothers and sisters. ZLA FacRep Nate Pair was thrilled so many could attend and said the event was a great success for their local.
