HRPM PB #120 – REDUCING COVID-19 RISK EXPOSURE WHEN ENTERING ANY FACILITY AND COVID-19 DAILY WELLNESS CHECKLIST BRIEFING
On March 5, 2021, the Agency briefed NATCA on its plans to implement and to disseminate the HRPM Policy Bulletin #120 (PB 120) Reducing COVID-19 Risk Exposure When Entering Any Facility along with a Daily Wellness Checklist. PB 120 endeavors to help reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 when bargaining unit employees (BUEs) enter any worksite by providing policies and procedures, defining BUE requirements and obligations, and outlining management actions. Consequently, the COVID-19 Daily Wellness Checklist was developed to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, as it requires BUEs to continually monitor and assess their health, and to review a health care questionnaire on a daily basis before leaving for a worksite. BUEs, who answer yes to any of the questions on the checklist, should not enter any facility, and should instead call their manager or sponsor for further guidance and to discuss available options.
NATCA submitted proposals on March 12, 2021.
